What the five days hold
From input pack to leadership readout.
The review runs alongside estimating and concludes before the bid review meeting, not after it. Selected material delivery assumptions are tested against the bid documents and the contractor's own records, then adjudicated into a written determination.
What comes back
A Delivery-Assumption Determination, a source-linked conditions register, a leadership readout, and a bid-to-delivery note for the team that inherits the job.
The input pack
Enough evidence to test the assumptions, not the whole company.
Information is requested only when it can change the decision record. The evidence boundary is agreed in writing before anyone sends controlled information, and the assumptions log is built in the kickoff from documents the estimate already relies on.
What we never ask for
No firm-wide audit. No financial records beyond what a named assumption requires. Nothing moves without agreed terms.
